Shipping Info: All items purchased through the merchandising application provided by BandCamp.com and Paypal.com, will be shipped within in 5 days or verified purchase and payment. All items will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) with the Standard Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping could take from 4-7 business days to ship. A formal receipt will be sent from both merchandising application, and Children of Dismay as a proof of purchase.

If customer has received a damaged, or lost item, with confirmation of this, the band will re-send the item free of charge. But, this means that proper documentation must be received from either the postal service used, or documentation WITH receipt from Children of Dismay must be submitted with claim of damaged/lost items.
